Living in a large metropolitan city on the east coast, you see the effects of the salt water on the concrete buildings and retaining walls that protect the city from the rushing tides. The textures and colorations of the materials as the ocean slowly distorts and deteriorates the structures and created abstracts based from my observational study. Each of these pieces are embellished by hand with touches of giclee to highlight and add texture to each canvas.
